The New Face of Stardom

For the past three years a horse has done something no other athlete has done in history; stay unbeaten. The great UCLA teams went two years unbeaten, and the Miami dolphins went one season unbeaten. This horse has been undefeated for three years and is currently 19-0. I admire the greatness of the horse but for its latest race it was flew out in a private jet, and escorted to Churchhill Downs, Louisville, Ky. by the police with a helicopter overseeing everything. I can understand this for a person, but it’s a horse. Just put it in the back of one of those horse wagons with some hay and call it a trip. I don’t understand why a horse would need all that. It’s an animal so it’s unable to appreciate the finer things in life like a private jet. From the accomplishments of the horse I can understand all of it was deserved, but at the end of the day I just think it’s a little over board. What’s next, they going to hold a press conference for the horse and let it explain how it won the race.
